Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your DONNI. pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and accessories are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging with all tags attached and drop off the parcel at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus a small restocking fee.
